CDW insurance for cars CDW insurance with 1200€ excess amount is included in our prices. FDW – Full insurance for cars FDW – full insurance is available with an extra cost.

• With 7€ / day the excess amount is reduced to 800€
• With 10€ / day the excess amount is reduced to 600€
• With 15€ / day the excess amount is reduced to 400€

CDW insurance for scooters CDW insurance with 600€ excess amount is included in our prices. FDW – Full insurance for scooters FDW – full insurance with 400€ excess amount, is available with an extra cost. CDW insurance for Atvs CDW insurance is included in our prices with an excess amount of:

• 600€ for group 150cc and
• 900€ for group 300cc & 450cc

FDW – Full insurance for Atvs FDW – full insurance is available at an additional cost, with an excess amount of:

• 300€ for group 150cc and
• 600€ for group 300cc & 450cc

Theft Insurance Theft insurance covers you only in case of total theft of the vehicle. Does not cover partial theft and theft of the renter’s personal items from the vehicle. What is not covered by any insurance

• Damages caused by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Damages caused by an unauthorized driver.
• Damages in the interior of the vehicle
• Damages that were caused because the vehicle was illegally parked
• Damages due to inappropriate driving or intentional.
• Damages to the engine by wrong fuel or negligence.
• Damages were caused because the vehicle was used off-road or in inappropriate roads (not paved roads, dirt roads, beaches, etc.).
• Damages that were caused after the agreed return time.
• Damage to the mirrors.
• Damages or loss of tires, rims, hubcaps.
• Damages to the underside of the vehicle.
• Damages or loss of the antenna
• Damages caused willfully or recklessly by the renter, e.g. (burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof or the boot lid of the vehicle, etc.)
• If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify our company and the police.
• Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys.
• Loss or damage of child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap, or any accessories which are provided by the rental company.

Minimum Rental

Minimum rental for all our vehicles is 2 days.

Driver’s license / Minimum Driver’s Age

Cars – ATVs For citizens from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and China, an international permit/driver’s license (type B) is obligatory and required. For all other non-EU citizens, the international permit is optional. The minimum age for the driver is 21 years old, and the driver’s license is valid for at least one year.

Scooters 50cc

For scooters 50cc, the required driving license is Type A1, A2, or A. EU citizens can drive 50cc scooters with driving license type B if the license was issued at least three years ago. For citizens from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and China, an international permit/driver’s license (type A1, A2, A) is obligatory and required. For all other non-EU citizens, the international permit is optional. The minimum age for the driver is 21 years old, and the driver’s license is valid for at least one year.

Scooters 125cc

For scooters 125cc, the required driving license is Type A1, A2, or A. For citizens from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and China, an international permit/driver’s license (type A1, A2, A) is obligatory and required. For all other non-EU citizens, the international permit is optional. The minimum age for the driver is 21 years old, and the driver’s license is valid for at least one year.

Payment

Deposit You can pay your deposit from our website with credit, debit, and prepaid cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners & Discover. All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key. Balance amount You can pay the remaining amount when you will pick up the vehicle with cash or with credit, debit, or prepaid cards.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation you have to send a cancellation notice to our email and receive an answer that we received your cancellation notice.

• If we receive the cancellation notice up to 30 days prior to the due pick-up date and time then there is no cancellation fee.
• If we receive your cancellation notice from 29 days up to 15 days prior to the due pick-up date and time then the cancellation fee equals 50% of the deposit amount.
• If we receive your cancellation notice up to 14 days prior to the due pick-up date and time or if you fail to collect the vehicle “No Show” then there will be no money return.

Fuel

Fuel is paid by the customer. The fuel tank will be full or part-full when you pick your car up. Just replace the fuel you’ve used before you drop your car off and you’ll pay no fuel fees at all.

Traffic Fines Tickets

Traffic fines tickets, for any violations of the Greek traffic law during the rental period, are born solely by the renter. You can pay the fine directly to the traffic police of Milos or you can pay it to us in order to pay it to the traffic police.

In Case of Key Loss

In case key is lost, you will be charged according to the cost of the model of the car.

On the Returning of the Vehicle

On the return of the vehicle to the office, it should be in excellent condition on the outside (not scratches, dents, etc.) and inside (no rips in seats, carpets, and spill of fluids to destroy them). Of course, any dust issues, mud, dirt, etc. are not considered as damage to the vehicle. *We photograph your Rental Car on Pick-Up and Drop-Off to avoid misunderstandings.

Car Breakdown or Accident

In case of an accident / breakdown of the car you should immediately contact us to +30 6981111828 or to +30 2287021510. We will replace your car with another one of the same category as soon as possible. *Western Island & Old Sulfur Mines: You can only visit with 4×4. With conventional cars (category: small and medium cars) you cannot visit the western part and the east part of the island (Old Sulfur Mines), because a vehicle with all-wheel drive is needed. **One click Drive office doesn’t provide services ( in case break down or damage) in case of small and medium cars category in the Western Island & Old Sulfur Mines. Please check the map here

Drop off car earlier than expected

In case that you drop off the car earlier than you have agreed, you will be charged according to the agreement. We are unable to give a refund if you return the car earlier.

Extend rental when you already have the car

If your plans change during your holidays in Milos, contact as soon as you know what you need. You may be able to keep your current car if it’s available. If not, you will be asked to drop your car back as originally planned, and pick up a different one.
